Chef Panagiotis Giakalis, one of the most talented Greek Chefs is presenting a new fine-dining restaurant. The restaurant operates at The Margi, a 5-star luxury hotel, in Vouliagmeni, one of the most beautiful locations of the athenian Riviera.
This finds Chef Giakalis at his most mature and creative period. Being part of the international gastronomic movement “From Farm To Table”, he has designed a menu that focuses on the clean and bold flavors of the Greek and Mediterannean cuisine and on the purity of the ingredients, most of which come directly from the hotel’s private farm.
The concept of the restaurant has references to the visual arts that symbolize the artistic dimension of high-end gastronomy.
The menu includes à la carte options and two degustation menus: “Still Life With Artichokes & Sea Urchins”, influensed by greek tradition “Still Life With Avocados & Scallops” which is based on rustic Mediterranean flavors.
As part of the restaurant’s services there will be wine-food pairing options available as well as a cheese trolley with a variety of Greek and other European cheeses that will be presented and served on the spot.
